What is the shelf life of the product?
Our oats are shelf-stable for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. You can find the specific 'Best By' date printed on the back of each individual pouch.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
All of our flavors are made with certified gluten-free oats. We offer a wide variety of plant-based (vegan) flavors as well as whey-protein based options. Please check the specific product labels for dietary details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

What is your return policy for food items?
